Carrah Lymer is the Director of Emerge Creative Agency, a boutique marketing, graphic design and event management studio based in Griffith, NSW. Emerge delivers the experience and capability for a wide range of industries.

Carrah has a broad scope of marketing experience in the wine industry from digital, brand, and trade management. That grounding shaped Emerge's specialty in wine and hospitality marketing, though Carrah's skills translate easily across sectors — she always relishes a new challenge. In 2019, she was selected for Wine Australia's Future Leaders program, graduating alongside emerging leaders from wineries across the country.

Beyond Emerge, Carrah is Executive Officer of the Riverina Winemakers Association, founder of the Banna Lane Festival, and a driving force behind Harvest HQ, Griffith's new wine and produce hub.

Carrah's commitment to the local community was recognised with the Griffith Local Hero Award in 2022.
