Emerge Creative Agency is a boutique marketing, graphic design and event management studio based in Griffith, NSW, owned and operated by Carrah Lymer.

Emerge delivers big-agency experience and capability across a wide range of industries, backed by Carrah's broad marketing background in the wine industry spanning digital, brand and trade management. That grounding shaped Emerge's specialty in wine and hospitality marketing — though Carrah's skills translate easily across sectors, and she always relishes a new challenge. In 2019, she was selected for Wine Australia's Future Leaders program, graduating alongside emerging leaders from wineries across the country.

Beyond Emerge, Carrah is Executive Officer of the Riverina Winemakers Association, founder of the Banna Lane Festival, and a driving force behind Harvest HQ, Griffith's premium wine hub. Her commitment to the local community was recognised with the Griffith Local Hero Award in 2022.
